I have 17.5L - 24 R4 rear tires filled with RG and I believe I run something like 15psi. I took a paint marker and marked the air pressure behind the valve stem. This way, I just look when I check. Really easy.
I also live on steep hills and have not had a problem with the juice leaking or spinning the rim on the tire. Though that does sound like a complete nightmare!
The difference between filled and not filled, I could not tell you. I have always had something in the tires, it is just the way it is. However, RG is way better than the old calcium crap we used to use.
