Rivet Nut Use

What are the 2 rivet nuts for on the right hand side b pillar on a TC45DA/DX45? There's also a little bracket close by as well. I haven't been able to figure out what kind of option it could have been for. The only thing I could come up with is maybe to mount a fire extinguisher?

The John Deere cabs have the same, they market brackets to hold phones and such-but a fire extinguisher is a great use too.

Well that's good to know! I was actually thinking about using it to fabricate some sort of bracket to mount my Sirius receiver to. I'll have to check out this company and either make some purchases or get some ideas. Thanks!
