Rear Finish Mower RM 59-1 caster arm

Does the caster arm on a Woods RM59-1 have bearings in it or does the yolk just free plays inside? Thanks Kenny

The wheel shows flanged bearings.

The vertical shaft of the yoke shows nothing.
