Is that the Pulse Fuel Line?

If so you should replace, not repair if you can...

Yes it is. I have to remove the muffler and the battery to do that and the battery is nearing end of life. It's about 5 years old. When it goes I will replace the line. I think this was actually my biggest leak. It seems to be good for now. Knowing me, this Fall I will probably put in a new battery.

Just to summarize this. All of the oil leaks have stopped. The governor shaft seal stopped leaking. I guess this was caused by fixing the pulse fuel pump line. It's nice to have the engine clean, well mostly. There is still some trash in the tub.
