I did some quick searching and nothing popped up on this - so apologies if there's another thread out there that already
covers it.

I am thinking seriously about getting a rock bucket (tined bucket for sifting rocks out of dirt) for my B3200. My property
is infested with rocks - and I have a large pile of dug out dirt that I could retrieve a bunch of rocks from and use for
building stone walls - etc. I've done some looking and the only place that popped out as having a rock bucket in the
size/weight range I would be looking for (either 54" or 60" and as light as possible) - is Virnig . Their solution was a 54"
bucket - in the 500 pound range - and it was a skid steer quick attach style

I'd be looking for probably a 54" bucket - pin on style for the B3200 loader ( I have the Kubota quick attach on the loader -
and plan on sticking with that for the time being)

Any other sources out there I should be looking at?

You may want to try HLA attachments (www.hlaattachments.com). They make a variety of FEL implements and as they manufacture them here in Canada, they will add on whatever mount you need for your loader ( presuming that the implement is in the right size range).

They have what I think you are describing listed as rock forks and are in the forks category, not buckets.... I have their pallet forks for my B3200 with the Kubota QA.

They appear to have dealers in the US as well as Canada.

500lbs is way too heavy for a bucket on a B3200. You are probably going to have to have something custom made to be light enough. I did see a thread on here where someone took a stock bucket and cut a bunch of slots in the bottom to act as a rock bucket. Might be worth a try, a new 54" bucket from Kubota isn't very much, IIRC it is under $400.

The lifting capacity on the B3200 is around 1000 pounds - so it would handle the bucket - but I wouldn't be picking up too many big rocks with it. But yeah - I would prefer to find something that was a little bit lighter to retain some of the lift capability on the FEL.

So far I haven't found anything that meets that requirement.

And yeah - a 54" bucket isn't that expensive. I actually just bought one a couple of months ago because I intend on welding on teeth to it. I'll keep the 60" bucket for snow and lighter materials, use the toothed 54" bucket for digging work, but - I would like to get a "rock bucket" for clearing up some of the extremely rocky soil I have on my property.
