A friend of mine was stationed in Europe after WW2. He saw small rock crushers being used. Has anyone ever seen a rock crusher for a 3 point hitch and PTO? Rather than a forestry mulcher/grinder I am interested in a rock crusher. Realistically I will never own one I am just curious.

Other than my rotary mower, I have no idea if rock crushers exist for PTO use.

I've seen some small gas powered (like Honda GX power) units for very small scale mining in Alaska, I'm sure someone at some point made a 3PT version. I don't think you could feed it very big rocks for very long though.

ETA: Quick google got me here, she's spendy.

Here's a PTO driven implement that looks like a rototiller but crushes stones from 8" for the little one to 20" for the biggest one. You're also talking a lot of HP - 80 HP and up

Streetcar, I too have seen the old belt driven versions. I am interested to see if anyone makes the same type of crusher in a PTO version.
