Roof stand off for ladder help.

I have one of those, and it comes in handy for all sorts of things, both as a wall standoff and as a way to position over the top of gutters, drip edge, etc.

Something like that I would think would be able to take a good upward force. I never saw those before. I am not nuts about them being bolted on to tie up a ladder. Thanks for the tip.
