On my Landpride RCR 1860 there is an an access hole through the top to get to the blade nut. There is a round rubber plug that has to be removed. I use a 1/2" impact gun and a socket on the blade nut. A couple of blips on the impact gun and the blades fall on the floor. You can crawl underneath and use a 15" Crescent wrench with a cheater bar and get the nuts off. The Crescent wrench method will put about a pound of dried horse poop and grass in your mouth and nostrils and you will lose a few ounces of flesh off of your knuckles. For the macho "No Pain, No Gain" guys give 'er a go with the Crescent wrench.
