rotary cultivator vs sweep cultivator

Just trying to decide on what kind of cultivator to get. I use a 2 row JD flex head planter to plant corn and sunflowers for deer and doves. weeds have overtaken in recent years and I've been using a sweep cultivator for 1 rows and have now moved on to a two row planter to get rows closer.
land is fairly clean with some rocks. will a rotary cultivator be better than a sweep cultivator? I'm only planting about 3 acres.
Any advice? Will the moving parts of rotary cultivator wear out very fast? How about uneven seed beds?

If you are not planting them together::buy round-up ready corn and spray,you can't buy round-up ready sun-flower.By planting in rows you can use a c-tine cultivator(TCS @$250.00) remove the two center tines.Less moving parts and they work well.:
