I run a Deere HX-10 mower behind a Ford 7610 that's about 85 pto hp. I can clip weeds and light grass at 8-10mph ground speed which is about 8-10 acres per hour. The HX-10 mower costs about $7000.

You will wish you had more hp if you buy a bat wing. It's like pulling a big trailer with a little truck. Been there done that. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
