You will have a good machine with either. Farmwithjunk stated it well.
To me, the biggest differences are in how the blades are attached and the diameter of the stump jumper pans. If you don't agressively use the cutter (hit lots of rocks and chew up trees), it won't really make that much difference. But, if you have rocks that pop up like toast every spring, then it can be important! The Woods allows you to use hand tools to change the blades, where the BH requires air tools (450 ft-lb torque). The woods weighs more, so it can push over slightly larger trees. Only important when backing into the brush. The Woods also has a large diameter thick stump jumper - the BH may also, I don't know for sure.

To be honest, I can't remember hearing any complaints with either unit. The worst beef is on changing blades with the BH, and that is only for people that really use 'em hard. The bolt/nuts get beat up and have to be cut off or torched off. If you keep 'em greased & lubed and store them indoors, either will probably last decades.
Oh, the safety chains are an important thing to get, too (especially for agressive use). They should be standard, but I think they're an option on both.
