I currently have a Rhino 15' Flex-Wing mower for cutting my large open areas. I have been using it to also clear some unwanted MultiFlora Rose bushes. However, as I clear I am migrating into more wooded areas, and have decided on getting a smaller mower for these tighter spots. I am looking at the Rhino TW96 and the Land Pride RCR3596.

Has anyone used either of these, and if so, what is your honest opinion?

Since not a single person replied to this post 6 years ago I thought I'd go ahead and do so!:D Actually I found this when doing a search for Rhino Flex-wing mowers. I have the Rhino Turbo 120 (10' cutter), which is one step up from the TW96 (8' cutter). They now have the "Turbo 96" available I think. It is a nice mower with a faster BTS than the TW96. But if it were me I'd not get an 8' mower with dual spindles. If I had a 15' flex-wing I'd get a 7' single-spindle rotary cutter. It would be much cheaper and wouldn't be any wider than the tractor. So if the tractor could fit through an area the mower would too. I think it would be a good complement to the 15' mower. That would be my ideal situation and dream: to have a Rhino 15' flex-wing and a 7' single spindle rotary cutter.

I realize that this post is not very useful to you. But I felt the need to reply. And maybe someone will find it useful and helpful.

Better late than never!!:D
