Put some front weights on the 3930 and you will be set. If you have the front weight bracket you will be good to go. Weights are easy to find for older Fords but not necessarily the brackets. A TN 65 should handle a 10' cutter if conditions are not too extreme. It would be at the lower end of the HP range for that size cutter. Again proper front ballast is key.
