I think you really need to decide exactly you are going to till and buy a tiller for THAT purpose.
I've been around the Woods and the Bushhog and they are light to medium duty tillers.
I've never had anything to do with the Rhino but if it's similar money, I'm betting it's of similar build quality.

I have a bush hog rtg 72, been tilling clay and rocks. It's held up so far. 4years in

Something else to consider are they available, if you’re buying new? I wasn’t able to get my first choice (this was last year), may not be an issue now.

Hard packed clay with rocks. The Rhino and Bushog looked heavier duty over the woods.
Would like a Kuhn but it’s way over budget.
They are all in stock.

Which ever one you get IMHO you should
get the forward not reverse tines as the forward
will go over the top
I have the woods 72 tiller really like it and its well
made so it will last me for a very long time

I had a Woods tiller for over 20 years and it always performed flawlessly. Last year I sold it to a neighbor when I bought a larger tractor. He is still using it. Oh, and I bought it used myself, so I don’t know how old it is. I never used it in rocky ground, but it performed well in hard clay.
