ROtella T-6 Synthetic Oil

My 6530 and 2400 have never had anything else. WW has great prices on it. My Fords get 15w-40 Heavy Duty (C rated) WW oil and have for years, and lawn equipment get WW 10w-30 full syn. because I can go all season on the mowers without having to change oil like was the case with dino oils. On seldom used mowers (have a half a dozen through 26 hp and 61" ZT) go 2 years and oil is still pretty clean....but at 2 I change it anyway.

I use to be a Chevron Delo 400 guy, all I ever put in my 4430 and 4020, 14,000+ hrs on the 4430, unknown amount on the 4020, the hour meter broke at about 9000hrs. My uncle has a fleet of heavy haul trucks, runs nothing but Rotella T 15-40, every in frame at 1,000,000 miles resulted in the same thing, liners and gaskets, no bearings or other rotating parts. He would plastigage all the bearings, check the camshaft lobes and put them back together. His personal T800 is approaching 2 million miles. I find Rotella much easier than Chevron Delo, so I had no problems going with Rotella T.
