Does anybody see the address to mail the required submission??

I just looked it over again. I don't see an address. I believe it's meant to be submitted electronically. I didn't buy any of the oil and don't have a receipt, so I'm not sure if you have to submit the receipt info after you hit the "submit" button.

Yes, hit the submit button. You will fill in your info (name, address,etc) then hit the submit button and it will give you a page to print out OR take a picture of your reciept and upload it and do the rebate over the internet vs mailing.
