Rotovator Repair

I recently purchased a used rotovator and am already having some problems with it. Aftering tilling a couple of fields, I got into some hard ground and now the tines wont spin. I am not sure what is the problem, but before I tear into it, I am trying to find a manual on it:

2003 International 5ft 3pt rotovator
Model PT-160, SN 2003-00098, Made In Italy
It also has a sticker on it: D60

I haven't been able to find out any information at all on this implement. I am pretty sure that International is out of business, but I would think that parts/manuals should still be availible somewhere. Any suggestions on the problem or where I can start my search for parts/manuals?

Does it have a slip clutch or shear pin? Does it spin with PTO engaged & tines in the air (no load)? Did it just stop spinning altogether?

It has a slip clutch, I haven't torn it apart yet to see if there is any kind of shear pin or not. The tines just stopped spinning altogether, even when in the air with no load. The chain on the outside isn't spinning or broken, so I guess I need to start at the slip clutch and work my way back?

With the tines in the air & the PTO engaged:

If the shaft going into the right angle gearbox on the tiller isn't spinning, then you need to fix and/or adjust the clutch.

If the shaft going into the right angle gearbox on the tiller is spinning with the PTO engaged, then there's an issue with the tillers' internal drive - gears & or chain.
