Roughly how much to fix this damage?

I'm not set on kubota just mainly look for them. My budget is $5-7k tops. Must have hydrostatic, 3 point, FEL, mower deck, and turf tires. Lighter the better as I plan to use my snowmobile trailer to haul it back and forth to my land 7 miles away. Any more than 2k lbs on it and it's too risky for the short trip monthly or so.

Gotcha! You will be sticking with the sub-compacts then as the CUTs and up certainly won't work for you. Good luck, they are out there. This Kubota might indeed be a good buy for you if you are willing to handle the repairs and all of the systems work - the damage looks to be largely cosmetic - check the steering as the wheel looks like it took a hit and where the logs ended up looks like it should have. If everything works and you could get it for say, $6200 you could eat a grand on repairs and have a really nice tractor for your purposes. Good luck to you again.

That is quite a blow that bent the rops that much. That is quite a shock the tractor took. It may be fine, but I suspect that there maybe some hidden damage there. I'd walk on this deal.

Me too. Hard to see any other cracks/bends without a thorough inspection

Thanks for all the input everyone! My friend won't be going to Texas again for a few more weeks. If seller still has it and I havent found a better deal closer by then I'll have him look at it maybe offer $5k, 6k tops. If I don't get it then no big loss. From all the input most buyers would be in same situation not knowing what issues might pop up in future. That risk has to be worth some extra $ off or just not worth taking.

If it was local. Too far for me.
I just found a nice bx23 with mower, FEL and backhoe 1900 hours for 7500 at a dealer. Unfortunately that's 10 hours each way from me too.
