Rounded off drain plug

Gotta ask...

What did the fluid look like? Any metal? Any sludge? Water?

Fluid was clear, no obvious contamination. It's been in there for awhile but the tractor only see about 20 hours a year right now.

Plot twist. The the plug is still stuck and he just posted that picture in an attempt to end this thread.

Agreed... but I will admit, I examined the pic and didn't see a spot of red paint, or other clue that it belonged to the tractor. Maybe Kando cleaned it up for the pic that will go down in history as one of the most significant in TBN history.

So the plug was only threaded into the boss with one thread?...in the before pic there is 3 full threads showing...in the extracted pic there is only 4 threads total ??...just curious...
