RPM Help, Stihl HT 131 and FS110R 4 Mix motors.

Hi, I decided to do a tune up on these items since its been a while and the FS110 R weed whacker has a lot of hrs on it, I checked the RPM with my tach and I am getting HT 1331 it hit 10 K once and then it goes to about 9,200 and breaks up ( Rev Limit maybe ? ) Manual says 10,500 cut out.
FS 110 R is about 9,500 ish manual says 10,200 or 10,500 I forget. Thanks

Did you do a valve adjustment as part of the tuneup?

I did order the tool to check the Valves but Haven't got to it yet. They seem to run fine.
