Are you sure it's covered off your property?...My agent said on the trailer or off my property would require a commercial level policy for both the RTV and BX...I told them I only plow the neighbors driveways (gratis) and maintain my right of way (not my property) and he said if anything happened outside of my property lines, I've got a problem under homeowners. The policy you mentioned was never offered to me by State Farm...I might have to go back and ask, now I'm curious.
Edit: After pondering for a moment, my BX required the SF commercial policy. My quad is on SF with no issues, bet the RTV is similar to the quad. Never thought about it after the BX shocker....Brand familiarity on my part I guess..
Me possibly bad on this one. :duh:
This is the same for me. My BX is covered when trailering off property only. But RTV is covered for use off property.
When I called, it was interesting at the beginning. She couldn't find Kubota RTVs in their system with the other brands, and I had to explain what it was (I used "it's like a John Deere Gator", and that worked.). She also wanted to know what they cost.
She had to call back a little later and it was no problem. Set it up right over the phone.
