Like many of you I have toiled with the idea of getting an ATV or utility vehicle or BOTH. I think Both is probably the best answer however, considering how often companies change models, Kubota may come out with a next generation RTV in a year or so. What do you all think, is this probable? If they do it will probably have a slightly bigger bed, go a little faster, and cost a lot more, isn't this the trend? Kubota seems to have hit a home run with the RTV but have had its share of problems. As always time will tell, maybe someone has some insight to what Kubota has planned.

Have owned several Kubota products, presently own 3, The great thing about Kubota is that they do it right the first time and I do not expect the RTV900 to be an exception!

It is the standard for others to change to not the other way around.

Well i do expect the rtv to change some. i think they will improve the hydro where it doesnt throw you out the front.
i don't see any real look changes just mechanical .
they are adding the hydro tilt bed as standard on rec. models next year but they are going up about $400 bucks.

i am going to wait a little before i buy a utility vehicle but the kubota is probably my choice.

Rodney,

I have both (ATV's and RTV) and they both have their place. The RTV for most things but if I want to play or have to do things in the yard when the ground is soft I switch to an ATV.

Like the others have posted, I wouldn't expect many changes in the RTV in the near future. They're already the new benchmark for the working class UTV.

There were a couple first year quirks but Kubota worked them out. (e.g. the abrupt stop although many of us prefer the old setup). They are now offering a bit more out of the factory (e.g. you can now select what tires you want).

As for options, Kubota and aftermarket manufacturers are making/offering all kinds of "stuff" for the RTV so you can dress it out to your particular needs. I haven't seen a bigger box yet but I found making a new box is very easy.
