Did you have the muffler inpected by Kubota as part of the upgrade campaign before this happen? Just curious if this may still may be a problem even if you have the inspection and adjustment.

No, although I should have. The dealer is quite a distance from me and I will need to rent a trailer.

I did contact the Dealer after the tail pipe fell off, which informed me that there was a campaign issued on the muffler, which will be addressed when I get it to the Dealer.

In the mean time I welded the tail pipe back on and also welded a 45 degree gusset to the tail pipe and the base of the muffler. This stopped the tail pipe from vibrating from the resonance of the engine.

During our hurricane cleanup, our RTV set in neutral at an idle for 5 to 15 minutes while we loaded the bed. Our debree included 34 trees. I believe this length of time in neutral at Idle, where the vibration is at it's highest, is what lead to this early failure.

I live in Palm City and use my RTV most of the time in Blue Ridge GA. Although I haul the RTV back to Palm City a lot to work on it at my shop, it stays in GA most of the time. What dealer do you use down here. I have tried the Lantana, FL dealer and did not feel very welcome. So now I do all my parts and service where I bought it in Blue Ridge, GA. Mason Tractor is GREAT!!!!!

I have to invest just one line of business here, If you don't like renting a trailer, I sell a 5x10 galvanized ramp trailer at my store in WPB and it holds the RTV perfect. It also is a good size to pull behind your RTV to haul larger items out through your property. "Enough Sales Pitch"

I live in Fort Pierce, The Dealer of choice near me is "Pippins Tractor" they are closed Saturday and Sunday which makes it hard to do business with them when you work 6 & 7 days a week.

They are a large Tractor, Kubota, Dealer with full service.

What is the weight capacity of your trailer? Also your business name.

I work for Treasure Coast Boating Center, just south of the Roseivelt bridge on US1.
