my bvrother rtv starter went bad this weekend ,we took it back to the dealer he check everything then determine it was the starter thats what we told him to start with he said he has never had to replace a starter on a kubota product i hope its the last one because i bought my rtv two day after him i have 56 hours on mine he has 36 on his.that thing never gave use no warning it just went dead you no that a little scairie when you out in the middle of nowhere i am a little nervous about turning my motor off now . well the dealer was great he never had a replacment starter after some begging he took one off a new one because we really needed the rtv saturday to do some work on our hunting farm we needed to pull a set of 6 foot disk plows and may i say it done a great job do not now what we would of done with out it. well it starts fine now has anyone else had any problem with this .

Sounds like an isolated problem.

My starter was bad.
If the temp was below freezing it wouldn't work. Warm the starter and it then worked fine. I replaced last winter and have had no problems since.
