I had never come across the saying "The juice isn't worth the squeeze." until I read your post. Totally appropriate for someone posting from Florida. Welcome to TBN, the best tractor forum on the web.

LOL @etpm I bet it would be worth it up there. Glad to be here. Very helpful. To be clear, we're like S Georgia here N Fla. 🤠

Thanks, everyone. I will try that middle area in the am when its below 30.
So, this morning it was around 29 again, and I tried the trick of positioning the key between on and crank, and found the sweet spot where the glow plug indicator lit up, wait 6 seconds, and she cranked right up.

Thanks for the assist everyone. I am new to Kubotas. Always been a polaris person with ATV's and UTV's Do love how tough this RTV is!

It does have a glow plug position. It will feel like, "for lack of a better term", a spring loaded position and dash light will be on.
Mine has started in minus 40 though at that point I had to glow plug and hit starter twice.
Worked as you explained, thx

Perfect! Glad you got it figured out now.

They seem to be pretty reliable starters, same D1105 engine that's in my B2620 also.

They are slow, but I love mine, even for trail rides. Climate control, quieter than my sport side by side, goes forever on a tank of fuel and as you said, way better build quality than the toy side by sides.

There is a way to get more speed out of them, but I won't mess with the governor on it. I don't need speed; I need a workhorse, and you are so right about fuel. I got this one back in November. I use it just as much as my Ranger around the farm, and it sips fuel. The thing is built like a tank! The picture I showed had factory turf tires, and being in N Florida, we have uplands and lowlands, so I put a set of ITP Mudlite 27x10x12 tires on it. They ride really well and get through our swamps, where those turfs did not want to go

I didn't have to upgrade tires because where I am I have hundreds of miles of hard logging roads and skidder trails. And I'm usually riding by myself, so I try not to go in anywhere I might get into trouble, LOL

Too funny; been there, done that, and have the t-shirt. That's why I carry a small boat anchor with me in the event there is no tree to hook winch to, LOL

New to this RTV, and this morning it was about 29 degrees. The manual says turn to glow plug spot on key for 5-10 seconds. I only have 3 positions; Off, On, and Crank, so I put it in on position for about 10 seconds and never saw the glow plug indicator light up on the panel and it didn't want to start. It finally did after about three attempts. Am I doing something wrong? I saw I could put a block heater in it, but don't think the juice is worth the squeeze since it doesn't get that cold here often in N Florida

Thanks in Advance
Part way between on and crank you can hold the key to light the yellow glow plug indicator. You control the time by holding the key in the position. I do 5-10 sec depending on outside temps. There is no auto flow plug setting
