rubber cover

on a ford 1300 there is a rubber cover on the left side of the engine that covers the access opening for the adjustment of the pto clutch release bolts. What is this rubber boot (cover) called and is there a part number for it. where could I find one - I covered my opening up with duct tape. thanks - Bill
