Not sure I'd want 220v down to the creek. Creeks overflow.
One neighbor has his well, probably about that length downhill from his house, in the creek overflow area. He's had to pull it a lot of times: he and the previous owner. I once loaded 4 old pumps lying down there to dispose of them. Present neighbor's pump service people at least take up the old pump.
Next door naked neighbor like me takes a gasoline powered pump and suction hose down to his part of the creek where there's a nice beach there for easy access. He pumps about 50 gpm through a 2 or 2 1/2 inch line up to his landscaping.
If the pump starts like it's supposed to, there isn't much issue with starting it. Maybe get one with electric start?
