Thanks for all tips and advice. I had a try cleaning It, but not really successful.

The photo shows how it looked. I threw 3 hands of gravel / small stones in the tank, then tied it to my concrete mixer, and had it spinning for 1.5 hours. The result is not what I expected. This problem is bound to come back.

The good thing is that you will find an ursus in every second house in the many villages here in Poland. So it should not be a problem to find a replacement for less than 50 dollar/Euro.

It was a fun project though...

I have a neighbor who was redoing some old motorcycles, one of the tanks had lots of rust.

He pulled it, set it up on some sort of electrical with salt water. It cleaned it out great, just took a few days and times. Someone on here might be more familiar with that process? I was a little confused by it but seemed to work well for him.

Bike runs great now.
