It doesn't seem to help, If anything it is too rich when it starts up, It starts instantly, it only turns a revolution or two and it is running so it doesn't appear to be leaking down either.

How about injection timing? A couple years back I had a CT450/DK50 with very same start conditions, problem. We found the injection timing had been set to the DK40/45 spec and DK50 is different. Corrected the timing and all is well.

Starting with basics, white smoke is generally unburned fuel (easily confirmed with your nose). Possible causes are (1) glow plug(s), (2) poor injector spray pattern/atomization, or (3) wrong injection timing (in order of ease of testing). Some white smoke on starting is normal but it seemed to go on for overly long in the video. There is a difference between "normal" and a common problem. Can other 6010 owners shed light here? But if the engine smooths out and does the job, it may not be worth fixing.

Just thinking out loud: I wonder if the engines are timed in a way to comply with EPA. They may run ruff at start up, but burn cleaner after warming up. Not necessarily making the most power, but complying. I noticed the CK3510 sold in Australia looks the same as the CK2510 sold here. Same weight, same Cubic Inch engine, but different HP. The CK3510 makes 29 HP, but the CK2510 makes 24.5. I would assume the engine is turned down so as to not have to comply with Tier 4 Engine standards. It stands to reason, they may have tweaked the timing on the bigger tractors in order to comply with the Tier 3 standards. Again, just thinking out loud.

Certainly, Diesel engines are downrated (for a number of reasons) but not by changing injection timing, at least not to the point it would effect performance. For Diesels, there is a max fuel limiter in the IP that would typically be changed to reduce max power.
