RX6010 motor failed @ 450 hours

We are not getting the whole story because the motor has not been taken apart to determine what really happened. Any company that would ignore a real problem is cutting their throat for future business. Let's do a hypothetical situation here. Is this motor the 3 cylinder that the NX series uses? The NX series all use the 3 cylinder 111.4 liter motor. The HP range is 45 - 60HP. Now just maybe they are trying to squeak too much power out of the little motor, hence a failure has occurred. 15 HP is not a lot, but in the case,it is boosting it up by 33% power.

You're absolutely right! Why would Kioti want to ignore this? Doesn't make sense to any business person. That's why I said that I don't think we're getting the whole picture.
Kioti is not a fly-by-night operator they have a reputation to up-hold. Perhaps they aren't getting the whole picture from the dealer.

There are no questions to deflect. If the American importer wants this to end, then they need step up and attend to the backlog of people waiting for warranty work, give the OP a good will repair and step up and sort out my problem and make me whole. If the American importer did that, the tune would change on the dealer level and my narrative would as well.

As for your non-argument, making arguments from silence is exactly how the American importer's warranty determined to not honor their warranty on my tractor.

I suspect that the importer is Kioti USA (or whatever they call themselves) which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DaeDong South Korea.

To end the BS going on with Eric and Coobie about warranty work and a video of tree removal. That video was published on You Tube in October of this year. That was well after the time when Eric had problems with his tractor that Kioti refused to repair. On my own personal note I did contact Kioti with the issue that I was experiencing with a CEL and limp mode with my tractor. Not only did I get a call from Kioti's Rep, but I also got a call from my local dealer. He made some suggestions that I did try. The tractor somehow fixed itself. Now it has occurred again some 40 hour later and will be brought in for warranty work. I believe that the ECM is not working properly.

The NX series has been out since 2014 with that engine. There's plenty with thousands of hours on them by now. They're used in industrial applications rated up to 55hp, in Hyundai forklifts rated at 50hp, etc. I'm sure a single failure does not surprise them or is indicative of a manufacturing problem they have to figure out.

I thought this was an RX with a four cylinder turbo engine and mechanical fuel injection, much like my old DK45s, but with turbo. Am I reading his wrong?

Editorial: I, for one, am not entertained when a technical help thread gets hijacked by a personal vendetta.

On the other hand, the OP hasn't provided much additional information on the problem. The last input from the OP was in post #6. Until the OP rejoins this thread my only advice for him is to document everything and (especially) take copious photos during the tear down. We all want to help this guy and hopefully learn something ourselves. But we are spinning wheels in a vacuum of information. And maybe the guy doesn't want help but just wanted to vent.

We see this several times per year, where a member joins and the first post is "warning" about the brand, dealer, etc.... while it might not be the intention, it comes across as ax grinding. If they would come on asking for assistance, and stating the facts, etc... that would be quite different.
