RX6620 oil used from factory

I don't think there IS factory oil. The dealer adds it and they choose what to use. Deere or Kubota is going to use their stuff, but Kioti & LS - and maybe many others - whatever the dealer stocks is what gets used. If it meets spec, that's it. So you'd have to ask your dealer what he filled it with.

Unless the engine oil is different than the hydraulic fluid and does in fact ship filled from factory - but if they ship with no hydraulic fluid, why would they ship with engine oil? Assuming all or nothing on fluids....
Just guessing here, but...... Wouldn't they want to drive the vehicles onto the barge or transport ship? Or, it is possible they lift every one of them onto the ship when coming fron Japan. But what about the lower decks?

And the ones that are assembled here in The Peoples Republic of America, wouldn't they have to be driven onto a carrier??

Or maybe they forklift the crated tractors into place? dunno

Ya, me thinks they come fully lubed. They would’ve been fired up at the factory too... Dutchy

They arrive crated. At least that's what I saw at Kioti dealer

Not sure about the big 75hp+ tractors, but the smaller ones are tested and then drained of fluids and crated, sometimes with wheels on, sometimes not, depending.. ASFAIK they are not shipped with fluids as it keeps transport costs lower (Hazmat), and also cuz normally they are sent to a distribution warehouse where they can sit. Sometimes for years.

Mowers, crate engines, pumps, etc., even implements are also shipped dry.

Obviously there will be variances by OEM and country of origin, so some might come with partly filled hydraulic sumps or with full cooling systems, but still part of the dealer's prep to finish fill and top off.

Pick an oil, run through maintenance cycle and then send in an oil sample. New equipment is always going to be shedding stuff.

I'm running CJ-4 oils in all my equipment: running Ford HD diesel (which specs nearly identical to the older T6 Rotella, which I used to run with until they went with the newer CK oils [unless the manufacturer says I have to run CK I ain't]).

At the oil changes - I use EXACTLY what my OP manual recommended.

I strongly suspect the factory fill of crankcase oil (as well as other lubricants) are whatever they have in their bulk containment containers.

If you had bothered to listen to Neil, he stated more than once in the video that the machines were shipped with fluid (oil in them and they just checked to make sure the fluids were full. You need to go back and listen to the video again.....

Kubota's don't sit for extended periods of time anyway.

Not sure about Kioti as I don't own them but I bet it's the same deal as Kubota.

He said 'top off' in this one, sure. In other videos he said they had to do the fills. He also has said that tractors can sit in warehouses, sometimes for years. I'm not gonna find the videos but you should and then listen.
