S & H charge on a belt??

Went to the Mahindra dealer to get a light I broke and a yoke for my disc mowwer drive shaft the other day. No light in stock. Dealer ordered it for me and was shipped to my house. No shipping charge! Got here in like 2 days.
Must just depend on the dealer!

I don't mind s&h on parts I need right this instant and the dealer tells you up front. I ordered some valve shims and ended up with more shipping and handling costs than the orig part. That is when I learned to ask first !!!!
