So when you go to use the firewood do you take it out of the bag piece at a time, or do you cut the bag open?

Those on the last pictures are for onetime use, if you are carefully you can reuse them once more.

The net on pallets is open at top and bottom so they are easy to pick wood out of for daily use.

That's very interesting.

The winters here on the western side of the state where i live, are very temperate but also very wet. If i don't keep mine off the ground and undercover, it get saturated with water then molds and rots. There is a distinctly unpleasant smell when burning wood that has fungus thru out the wood. Not to mention how much heat is needed to dry the wood before it burns. On the eastern side of the state, it's much colder and dryer and storing wood is very easy. You can just pile it up outside and it stay dry and ready to burn.
