Sad News From Hooterville

Tom Lester who played Eb Dawson has gone on at age 81 due to complications from Parkinson's.

I thought this was going to be about only being able to get take out from Hooters...!

Checking on others, most all were older even at the time. The only young-ish ones were Eb from Green Acres and the Bradley girls from Petticoat Junction.

Gunilla Hutton, Lori Saunders, Linda Kaye Henning and Jeannine Riley are all still with us, though in their late 70s. Even Mike Minor (Steve Elliot) is gone.

Hard to believe how many years ago that was. It was safe to watch tv back then, media was mostly honest they reported the news, people were normal and not pushing an agenda, in many ways life was better will say many of the important ways.
