Unfortunately, you do not have to have a license to have children.
People should have to pass basic common sense tests before being allowed to have children.

But instead the governments encourage this breeding behavior and give you tax breaks for it.

Looks like some folks are in the news for letting rats attack their baby and eat off her toes. Took place in Ohio. I remember a story{way back} in NY about rats getting into a crib and killing a baby.

What is a matter with people? If they don't want the baby then give her to someone that does. How cruel can the human race be, sad sad sad!!!!!
