Sad story

Here in my town we had a sad story this week. 2 people I went to school with were caught abusing a 3 year old child. The child had a fractured sskull and had been scalded, and was found unconscious. We dont have an online version of our town paper but the regional paper has an online rough story of it. Two people charged in child abuse case - WTVA.com

The local paper went into better details. THe mother was arrested right then. He had been unconscious for uite a while. Her live in boyfriend also a classmate was arrested later. When he got to the jail he was a little roughed up. Later he was asthe paper put it injured by other inmates after there TV and smoke priveleges were revoked from them because He smuggled cigarettes in. A friend of mine that was in at the time for public intoxication told me that The other inmates showed him what how bad it felt. Thats why the cigarettes werte picked up. He said he had a welcome party or child abusers and it happened all night. I cant think of how a person could do this to a kid one time she even told their social worker that they didnt want the child but liked the monthy check. ITs just pathetic.

Ive heard some talk today that a he had another accident in jail. His parents are trying to get him removed to inhouse custody. That would be worsetheres still folks here that would cure what ails him. I thought the girl was a decent person but I was wrong. I think she is in protective custody for now. I had a friend that worked in Parchman State prison and He told me that alot of times other inmates would pass along an offenders number and they didnt last long.

I have heard that child abusers/molesters don't do all that well in lockup. I would say that they are often as not getting what they deserve. I find any type of child (and animal) abuse pretty repulsive myself and given the situation would more than likely take a shot at the perp myself. I kind of suspect that those in lockup for various reasons may have not had the best childhood and lashing back at some molester/abuser in lockup goes beyond the normal relm of humanity.

I'd say tie him to a post and give him a million lashes with a double string gas weed wacker { Stihl of course} and if he is still alive then hang em. They have better cable channels and weight rooms in prisons than I can afford and I worked all my life..

There is something in this world where people like this are allowed to have child after child after child. They get a child taken away from them and they end of having another, happens a lot.

I don't see anything wrong requiring people to take an exam (and a hefty deposit of course) before being allowed to reproduce, if they fail, they get sterilized.

Funny enough, most people disagree with me, but complain about the consequences like this. Poor children.

My bloods already boiling so I'll be short. I can't even bring myself to read some of this stuff. No matter how bad the crime is the worst that's going to happen is the criminal will be getting three meals a day, free room & board and free medical for life.

It sounds like one of them at least is finding out the downside.

Innocent until proven guilty though. I know of one guy who spent over a year in jail, some of it in protective custody. waiting for a trial for alledgedly molesting 2 thirteen YO girls. He eventually was found innocent.

This sounds pretty cut and dried though
