A final follow up. This valve was purchased from Amazon. The valve is imported from China. If you look at the photos there is a chamfer missing from some of the ports. This allows the oring to seat and seal properly. The replacement valve also from Amazon, but a name brand "Summit" works perfectly. Thanks for all the help and suggestioms.
