This is a normal rite of passage...unfortunately, it also tends to be a reoccuring rite of passage, kinda like the movie Ground Hog Day. Sheesh!

Interesting coincidence; I was just telling my daughter last night about a report I got back from the boss once to do over because I used the work "reoccur" and was told there's no such word; had to change it to "recur". /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I may never need to use the word again, but I'll probably never forget that. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

But I did it pulling OUT of the garage /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I just wanted to cry. Took me two hours to straighten out the track for the door opener.

Thanks for all of the sound advice. That ROPS doesn't seem very high . . . until you start driving around the yard and everything seems to reach out and grab it. I've easily got 80 trees in the yard that I mow around. This week I will be pruning a little higher.

Nothing but good things to say about this machine. It's much stronger than I expected. After being able to spend some seat time I feel a lot better about the chunk off change these things cost.

Can't get enough of that FEL. I can see it will get used often. I've already moved some brush piles around in the woods, graded the gravel driveway with bucket and back blade, and knocked off a couple high spots in the yard.

Mows great, in fact I don't think it even bats an eye mowing. It will mow faster than I can go in my yard.

Thanks to everyone again! If it would just stop raining . . .

$12,700 with 60"MMM and FEL. I gave another $300 for a 60" blade. Could have found a cheaper blade probably but thought it was just as easy to have it delivered at the same time.

This was the last one I could find in the Columbus area. ended up buying in Mt. Veron, OH. At the last minute Taylor and Sons in Canal Winchester said they had found one at another dealer. Dealer in Delaware didn't have one either. Everyone says they have sold like hot cakes. I may have been able to do better but wanted to get some things done in the next month and didn't want to risk not getting one this year on acount of a few hundred dollars.
