I have a Mitsubishi Beaver 3 by Satoh. I believe it is a 373D, 15 HP diesel, 4x4, with factory loader and backhoe (by blackhawk). It has 1400 hours and is all original except for a few hydraulic lines, the battery, starter and tires. My grandfather bought it new in 1983 (I think). Everything on it works as it should, even the paint is pretty good. All decals are in place and still readable. It also has the 3pt hitch that can be put on. I still use it almost weekly. My question is that I am considering selling it and buying something newer. I cannot find any information on value for this tractor with the loader and backhoe. All I can find is plain tractor. That should fetch good $$'s. as loader and backhoe alone are worth more than the actual tractor.
So many buy without either and regret it just to find that the FEL is worth more than the tractor 'deal price'.
My wild a-s guess is that that combo should be worth up and around $6-7 K. Heck either on a stand alone basis usually go in the $3-4K range.
Ask what you feel fair and just be patient, IMHO I'd list at about $7K., OK maybe 6,5. also U could list the BH separately but never split the FEL.

Thanks. I was thinking about 7 grand. This area a fel is 5 grand and backhoe even more.
