Right, no pressure at the injectors when running off the starter. It barely drips out of the line. No, I am not sure if there's another bleeder or not. I do not have a manual for the tractor.
The last time before trying to change the fuel bowl, I did have white smoke. This past time, no smoke that I noticed. No, what do you mean the stopper? Like the plunger on the fuel pump the lever contacts is seized?
There should be two bleeders on the filter assembly. Open the left one first until only fuel comes out, then the next one, then the one at the pump. Then try to start. Are you using the glow plugs? You'll need them.
I did not bleed the ones at the filter but I did at the pump and I watched the bowl fill up and then it came out the pump bleeder. I will try bleeding the fuel bowl itself.
Yes, I am using the glow plugs. I just put fresh wires on them because they were corroded. The indicator glows, is that indication that all 3 are heating or no?
Well last night I went to go do a compression check and the thing **** near started on me. Put the glow plug back in, and after 30 seconds of cranking it fired up for the first time in 2 years. I shut it down and refired it probably 6 times with no problems. I'm thinking that the air bled out after sitting for a few days, or there was old fuel in the pump that finally pumped out.
