SATOH S650G 3 point hitch not holding

Attachments bob when raised, I was dragging a disabled trencher out of a ditch with the 3 point hitch, lifting and dragging, and something gave, I have the sub control valve removed from the tractor and need advice on what needs repaired or a repair shop near Batesville Indiana, any help will be appreciated
