Not sure about saw workout but I get pretty danged tired after a day spent pushing and pulling on that danged saw. Just can't see what's the big fuss about these chain saws as its a whole lot easier pushing and pulling on a good well sharpened rip saw from Grampa's tool box.
Things went a little better after I found the lever that locks the chain in place. Before that I had to use one hand just to keep the chain from rolling.
