Video is worth a million words... That's was NOT right. You had two "heavy" jerks in there, one at 11 secs. and the other at 22 secs. (although, not as bad). Only guess I have is you still have air in the line that will purge itself out over time... would have thought cycling it a few times should have taken care of it... Have you shown the dealer this?

The jerks may have been me but the speed difference i don't get. I assume when it operates faster that is how it should work.

That speed difference shouldn't be there, unless the engine RPM's changed (RPM's relate to hydraulic pump output, as you might guess). The earlier posters suggested air trapped, or coupler issues, and that seems like a good place to start.

If you are plowing gravel, the skid shoes will likely leave tracks where they drag, but they should keep the blade from digging in. The angle of the blade will make a difference, or you can just adjust the blade slightly above the surface for plowing (and back-drag to clean the remaining snow, but then the skid shoes will be a problem. A little practice/experimentation will be helpful in figuring out how to tackle plowing. When I was plowing gravel, I set the shoes about 1" below the blade, maybe a bit more.

Yes... If you want the collective wisdom of TBN to come up with ideas about this problem, my guess is that you'll be better off starting another thread in hydraulics with a good title.

No offense but this thread started as a tractor introduction... love the "Float" comments, all most posted another one ;) then it wondered off to snow removal (guess that's only funny to me :))

As for your problem, does it always start slow and then get faster? Has it ever been working fast and then slows down?
