I have read it's real good but I can't find it anywhere. If it's cheaper than Amsoil I might switch. It's good oil but where can I get it and what is the price?

Schaeffer is way cheaper than Amsoil. And shipping is free to your door if you order around $350 or more of products. That may be a bit of a stretch for most, but I go thru a couple of barrels, a couple of 30 tube cases of grease, and about 15 gallons of their fuel additive a year. I have gotten slightly better oil analysis results using Schaeffer synthetic blend than I got using Amsoil full synthetic. Of course, each engine is different. Use the oil in my Jeep Liberty Diesel, my NH TC33DA, and semi trucks. The technical numbers if you sit and compare data does not always mean a lot. Amsoil's numbers looked technically better, but real world results for me were different. When I get a barrel of oil, the cost lately has been just under $17 a gallon. That is for the Series 7000 synthetic blend. I believe the Series 9000, a full synthetic, is just under $19 a gallon in barrel volume. I go thru Mark Smith at Specialized Lubricants for the stuff. He can answer any questions. Schaeffer has been making Lubricants longer than any other U.S. producer.
