search function

It should work okay now. This morning would've been a problem, however. Since it's hosted on the server I was doing things to slow it down.

I just did a search for the terms blade and stand in all forums for the last 2 weeks using the operator AND (not "entire phrase")

The search came up with no hits even though there is a thread entitled "Rear Blade Stand" that was started on 3/31/2006 in Attachments.

I did a search in Attachments for the phrase "support a rear blade" which I copied and pasted right out of the thread. Again, it came back with no hits.

I was able to get hits with the phrase "rear blade" but it did not include the thread I was looking for. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Nothing wrong, actually.

This weekend is just a bit of a maintenance time for me. So I shut down the search updater while I do some other things. It will resume tonight and will update then. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
