Seat came off BX24, not recall but different

I have a new BX24, less than 15 hours on it. Yesterday when I finished mowing, there was a shinny flat washer sitting on the foot deck. I figure if must have come from higher than the deck, so I lift the seat. the whole seat is loose. The nut or nuts came off the middle bolt. I am just going to put a new set on unless the dealer wants to do it for me.

I had a couple "loose" nuts and the such on mine at 10 hours - under the advice of the dealer and these boards - I also checked my wheel lugs at 10 hours... make sure you do too - the paint under them can chip and make the lugs fall out!
Tighten things up and get back on - heading towards 20 hours!
