That looks good Inspector. Looks like you also have rubber stops to back them up. I see some shock absorbing rubber bumpers in McMaster-Carr catalog that have up to an inch of deflection at the rated load of 100-lbs each. I think two of those might also be a good way to go. They're cheap too.

Yes the rubber bumpers are standard for the Yanmar. The springs are higher than the bumpers by about 3/4"
