Well, the repair is FINALLY finished. The machine was sitting in the yard when I got home at 6:15. By 7:00 the entire property was cut! One pass, lowest deck height (no rocks lol) and NO popping out of gear!!!
The high/low range lever feels a little more (solid?) when I select either range now.
They also adjusted the throttle lever, it rotates MUCH easier and doesn't back off when mowing anymore.
It took them a long time, but the job seems to have been done right on the first attempt. I prefer it to be done NICE instead of TWICE.
I'll try to get some pics up later today.
