Hornet nest = 12 ga. shotgun blast w/ #9's.

Gets rid of the nest and you feel like you got even with them (at least for awhile).

Well, they are both vespids but not much more in common. Mud dubbers are a solitary wasp. They rarely bother humans directly but seem to take great pride in covering and filling everything I have with mud. Hornets are not solitary, as many have found out when you disturb their nest. They also make their nests from paper, not mud. J
