Call your selling dealer on the CEL. There have been a few issues with the Tier 4 stuff functioning correctly, even when brand new. It's a warranty issue and should be fixed right away.

Curious to know what all issues they have been having and how this one is resolved. I have been considering this tractor. Still a few months away from making a purchase however.

I talked to my dealer he told me he would be happy to take a look at it but to drive it some this week and see if the light will quit coming on, he said to call him Friday if its still coming on which is fine with me because I cant take it to him until the weekend. He did say the one thing that he cant understand is how its almost clearing it self out when the tractor sits for a couple minutes. Besides the CEL coming on I love the tractor.

The new CK's like higher rpm's and engine heat to run well. How high in rpm's are you operating? I'll run 2000-2200 doing "easy" stuff, and 2200-2500 for "hard" stuff like pulling a boxblade full of gravel uphill.
Check all fluid levels on level ground, after running only a short time I was 1 gal. low on hydro oil. I also had my fuel gauge stick one time, showing more than 1/2 full, and ran out of diesel.

Well I went out a cranked it up today and know when the check engine light comes on it sounds like the motor is knocking.

Have you checked the engine: Oil, etc. to make sure there are no problems/leaks, etc?
I'd have your selling dealer come get it and fix whatever is wrong, now.

I checked the oil it was fine, the dealer came and picked it up yesterday. When we were loading it the cel light never came on but is was smoking pretty good out the exhaust. I will say this my dealer has been great he even offered to buy me dinner lastnight but I already had plans. I will report back when I hear something.

Be sure to keep us up to date with this. Mine has started to smoke , seems to clear up after it warms up.

Mine smokes when it is cold, after it warms up the smoke goes away.

My dealer called me today he said they hooked the scanner up to it and the codes were the camshaft and crankshaft sensor. He also said they have drove the tractor some and the CEL light isn't coming on and it isn't smoking anymore. He said it has ran good since they started fooling with it Friday. He doesn't have anymore sensors in stock and they are on backorder from kioti but he has another new ck3510 that he will take the sensors off of if they cant have some sent to him by Friday or Monday. I told him I was good with that as long as he would send me some new sensors if it happens again. He said that was fine.
